Here is your new “Snowy” Nidra Meditation
I recorded this ‘good morning’ meditation for you all.
It’s a 22-minute Morning Meditation specifically designed for you to set a clear intention for your day. You can practice whilst seated or lying down. It’s a quick body scan and breath awareness with some juicy intention-setting opportunities and moments for gratitude.
I recommend practising the moment you wake up or sometime soon after!
I hope it leaves you feeling focused and energised as you start your day.
As always, let me know how you get on.
With a metta or lovingkindness practice we bring the image or essence of beings (people or animals) into our awareness and send them well-wishes.
Beginning with ourselves - which sounds straight forward, but sometimes this can be the hardest part. If we encounter any feelings of resistance, anger, sadness etc, don’t worry, these are all signs that our heart is opening up and we are getting a lot out of the practice. Then we’ll think of someone we find it easy to love, someone we are indifferent to, then ending the practice with thinking of someone who we might have difficulty sending love, well-wishes and compassion to.
The practice will be seated, or you can recline on a comfy chair too, but best not to lie down for this one. Complete silence isn’t necessary but it will be a bonus if possible.
As promised, here is your sleep meditation. Let me know how you get on with this. There are some nice visualisations in there.
I would say, before you start to practice, make sure you are ready to go so sleep! So you can really just let yourself drift off. Alternatively, if you’d like a little help with a power nap, make sure you set an alarm. The meditation is just over 40 minutes long so make sure you set the alarm for more than 45 minutes.
Let me know how you get on. :-)

YOUR RECORDINGS
One of my new recordings uploaded onto the new platform…
Not just a sleep aid, but a session to help you rid the subconscious of negative beliefs. This mind-reprogramming sleep meditation uses hypnosis to get right into the depths of the mind, allowing the body to rest and heal whilst also eliminating negative subconscious stories that might be holding you back.
Wake in the morning after listening to this and ask yourself if anything has shifted. Please listen to this recording every night for a minimum of two weeks and let me know how you get on. x
Snuggle in under your duvet and make the most of the season of deep rest. Mother Nature is urging us to slow down and recharge at this time…. We have until Spring! So make the most of this time and enjoy that satisfying feeling of drifting effortlessly inward.
One of the most powerful practices for cultivating love and acceptance. This Meditation is especially powerful if you’re finding it difficult to give yourself compassion. Give it a try. Let me know how you get on.
Your Morning Meditation.
Try and start your day with this meditation and see how much positive change starts to happen when you’re able to hold your sankalpa in the forefront of your mind x
My friends,
This meditation is one I curated especially for mind reprogramming while you drift off into sleep. I’m very excited about this meditation because it WILL change your mindset for the better. Just follow along and enjoy the empowering guidance and let the track send you off into slumber. Let me know how you get on! 🙏🏼☺️
A Full Moon meditation. My hope is that this meditation will serve as a beacon for stillness and quiet appreciation during the full moon now and in the months to come.
Let go and surrender to the Moon’s pull as you go inward during this sacred time.
During the body rotation section, a beautiful white light is used with full awareness to allow each body part to soften and relax. Allow this process of guided illumination to further relax the body and mind… Thank you for practicing with me x
This was a gorgeous one to guide. I love these chakra visualisation sessions. Who doesn’t need a little energising chakra sound bath once in a while? This is a great one to try if you’re feeling scattered or a bit unfocused. Notice which chakra gives you the most resistance as this might be the one you need to meditate on. Get that orb spinning with love and intention and watch things start to shift.
Thank you for taking time for your self care. x
We begin the practice with a slowing down of the breath. When the ‘out breath’ is slower than the ‘in breath’, the body will begin to relax. This super helpful technique can be used anywhere! I mean waiting in the queue at the supermarket- anywhere! I hope you enjoy this practice and please try to utilise the library of recordings in between our live sessions. x
This is a practice for clearing out any stagnant energy. Remembering that you have the power within you to energise and cleanse your body, I invite you to feel into the cleansing power of drawing white, healing light down through your crown chakra and allow that healing energy to move into and through you. This is such a powerful practice and one you can come back to when you’re feeling a little sluggish and in need of a boot.
Remember, my friends, every minute you spend on your self care is a minute of love directly felt by your loved ones. When we fill up our cups, we are able to show up more authentically for others. x
What a beautiful and absolutely perfect time to practice a Yoga Nidra Meditation! Summer Solstice is a very special time for reflection and stopping still! Let’s take this time to embrace all that Mother Earth is giving us…
I hope you enjoy this practice and feel nourished and rested as a result.
There is something so powerful that happens when we begin to realise that we can shape our reality. The programmes we run in our minds on a daily basis can be changed and it’s so straight forward to do. Th beauty of Yoga Nidra is that all you have to do as a participant is lie back and listen to the guidance. This alone will bring you peace and healing as the body is given time to rest deeply. BUT- if you want to make the most of this practice then take the participation one step further and live in the world of your Sankalpa like Augustus Gloop in the Chocolate factory! Or Alice In Wonderland at the Mad Hatters Tea Party. If you can bring your heart’s desire into a visceral feeling/sensation while you’re deep in your practice, you will see the effects in your life.
This is an energy clearing meditation where I encourage you to really feel into each energy center as I guide you to and pay close attention to the movement of energy there. Notice if the energy is flowing or stagnant… Notice if any emotions or memories come up. Please journal about these experiences because it will help your personal healing in the long run. If you have any questions or concerns about this practice, or any practice, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
On this New Moon in Gemini I’d love you to take advantage - as with every New Moon - to revisit your Sankalpa and really, really feel into the heart space with it. I guide you to do this towards the end of the practice, to give you time to reignite your intention and to really see/feel what comes up for you. I hope you feel driven and passionate about planting this seed into your subconscious. Knowing that every single time you take time to practice in this way, your life will become more aligned with your heart’s desire… your Sankalpa.
As always please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about your Sankalpa or your experiences with your meditation practice.
Towards the end of this session, I guide you to imagine a sky full of stars. One particular star shines brightly for you and this star grows brighter still, bathing the body in white, healing light. Whilst in this fully supported and loved place, I then ask you to bring your Sankalpa to mind. See how much you can relish in this loving, safe place, where your Sankalpa is your reality.
This practice is a full moon moment of peace and stillness.
As with any full moon, I invite you to slow down, relax and look around you. Take note of all the things around you that you’ve brought into your life. The good and the bad. Remember you have the power to change it all. The power to change your thoughts and your reality. I hope your sanklpa is resonating with you and you’re feeling aligned and inspired.
A nourishing warm hug from your source of loving energy. Letting go of anything heavy that you no longer wish to carry with you. Letting go and bringing a sense of safety and warmth into the body. I’d love for you to feel that wherever you are you always have the facility to bring this sense of peace and love into your experiences. You can use this heart-centred exercise when you feel like you need some emotional support or to feel held.
I hope it brings you peace, love and comfort x
Calm, calm, calm…. like a still lake in the early hours of the morning.
Embody that stillness and see how your body relaxes. Allow that relaxation and let it draw you into a slow and soothing nidra.
There was a real sense of calm in the air tonight so this practice reflects this. I focused on the idea of interconnectedness. Being in rhythm with all living things… Drawing on the idea of the pulse of Mother Nature, the intricate connections of tree roots as they all intertwine in their complex network of intelligence and the underlying heartbeat of Earth.
I hope this class brings you peace and a remembering of the wholeness of humanity.
Let yourself be gently and gracefully pulled in the direction of your Sankalpa rather than forcing or pushing towards it. See this statement as your North Star. Let it subtly guide you, without a time frame or agenda. During full moons there can be a lot of chatter come up in the mind as well as intense emotions. See if you can allow all emotions to be truly felt as they arise, knowing this is simply your body’s way of detoxing the mind.
Tonight’s practice was very mindful so I left space at the end of the session to bring us back to a mindful state. Really giving space to consider the body in space and time. Following the breath and it’s unique dance…
It doesn’t have to be the 1st of January to turn over a new leaf.
New beginnings and shifting directions happen when the time is right. There is an innate flow and effortlessness to the way the universe evolves and blooms. We are no different. The art of letting go requires patience and practice but when the intuitive nudge happens, it can be incredibly satisfying. Identification of said nudges can be tricky too but much more likely in the moments after waking - whether that is post sleep or meditation. Enjoy being in this sleepy, intuitive state. relish in the space of stillness. Sink into the succession of pure, present, honest moments before your day begins.
Grounded. Connected and Still.
A slow and steady Nidra with crystal bowls and chimes. My intention with this practice was to bring a sense of balance and harmony.
Sometimes being in this state is the best way to connect to our inner self. It is here where true healing happens but also insight.
A quiet Nidra practice from the south of France. This practice felt very calming and grounding. During a yoga nidra practice it is quite common for the guidance to fade in and out of your awareness and this is absolutely fine and honestly to be expected as we drift and out of (or up and down) brain wave states. It is while we’re traversing these states that these gorgeous states of consciousness can be accessed. Nidra gives such a massive bang for your buck. The benefits of this type of meditation are enormous. I’m sure you’ve felt immense peace along with some ‘other worldy’ experiences too? I’d love to hear from you about it all. I also want to make sure I am supporting you in any way I can, so please reach out if you need any guidance or inspiration to make sure your practice is fulfilling and purposeful for you.
There are no bowls, no chimes, no music. A silent session. A very traditional nidra practice in that way.
I’d love to know how you get on. Please do let me know.
The Spring Equinox is Mother nature’s way of nudging us to start a new. It’s Nature’s New Year. Enjoy the support you will receive in upgrading things/thoughts/goals… It’s all possible with this wonderful energy.
You guys are great. Please practice in between sessions as it will really expedite the positive change in your life.
I’m always here if you need anything.
The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.
It’s never too late to turn over a new leaf so please give your intuition permission to express itself. You might discover a new Sankalpa that resonates deeply with your souls purpose.
A super relaxing practice tonight. There isn’t much of an introduction. If you’re not familiar with the best way to set up for a nidra practice, please listen to another one of the sessions first - before listening to this one.
This practice was channelled from a very relaxed space. If you’re feeling a little anxious or tense, this is the one for you.
Remember, we’re trying to find that sweet spot between wakefulness and sleep. The body will relax deeply while the mind remains awake and aware…
Enjoy x
This felt like a very purposeful session. I received a lot of intuitive guidance for a nourishing, grounding practice. Mother Earth was front and centre. While writing this I realise now it’s probably got something to do with the Virgo Full Moon as this sign is a nurturing Earth sign.
I hope you’re able to sink into a loving, safe and nourishing practice.
Settle into this warm, comfy space, feeling into the energy of the full moon.
This meditation starts about 5 minutes in as I talk a little about the importance of finding a wholesome Sankalpa. If you ever need any assistance please just let me know.
I guide you through a chakra scan, from the root to the crown, enabling the body to connect to the vibrant energy at these centres. If you came away feeling a particular intensity or specific feeling around one of your chakras, this could be a great time to sit in a quiet meditation and ask your body what it wants you to focus on. It might be something you need to express or an area that needs to heal.
We are all aware that a Nidra meditation is incredibly relaxing and restorative but another very important element is the body’s innate ability to heal while it’s resting in the parasympathetic state.
The body wants to heal and rejuvenate but when we don’t get enough deep rest it makes it incredibly difficult for the body to do so. During deep sleep the body is designed to ‘clean up’ but if you’re not reaching those slow and low brain wave states and you find yourself waking feeling tired, there’s a chance you need to spend some more time in the parasympathetic state. The body knows how to heal itself, it just needs you to relax for long enough so that it can do it’s job.
That’s why Nidra is so powerful. The instructions are designed to gently guide you into a place of complete surrender where healing happens effortlessly.
Letting go of anything that feels like it isn’t serving you any longer and allowing the unhelpful, toxic, outdated beliefs or worries to just fall away, leaving you lighter and free to move forward with confidence and peace.
This New Moon Practice was a slow and steady one. Starting with progressive Muscle Relaxation and moving slowly into a full and grounding Nidra meditation.
A New Moon is the most perfect time to set or reaffirm a strong and powerful Sankalpa for your month ahead. Feeling right into your intention, allowing any visualisations to be seen in vibrant colours with as much detail as you can manage. Knowing that along with a concise statement, the subconscious responds obediently to intentions supported by sensations in the body. So allow as much of that joy, satisfaction and passion to be really felt within the body.
